MEET THE TEAM
-
Hillary will lead our team in collaborative workshops aimed at establishing process equipment selection, equipment room layout and electrical equipment requirements. Our key personnel, the City, Ardurra, your operators and stakeholder groups all offer critical perspectives that will help us make decisions and lock in a price as a team. Hillary has overseen the construction of complex water and wastewater systems valued from $21 million to $210 million and brings experience managing projects from construction through commissioning and start-up in Texas. She was Assistant Project Manager on a hard-bid $210 million Solids Management Improvements project for the Trinity River Authority of Texas’s Central Plant and is currently leading construction on a $70 million greenfield WWTP design-build for Tulsa Ports.
-
He has led construction on seven progressive design-build projects in collaboration with our other key personnel. He has also helped build 13+ water and wastewater projects across the State of Texas. This includes a brand new WTP in New Braunfels and various upgrades, improvements or rehabilitation projects involving aeration basis, dams and lift stations in Forth Worth, Dallas and Mansfield. Kevin will use a process called Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) to plan and deliver our construction work.

Bryan has dedicated his career to constructing WTPs and WWTPs. Over the past 20 years, he’s served as project manager on projects ranging in size from $5 million to $135 million total installed cost and been directly responsible for cost control, procurement, quality control, constructability reviews, value engineering and schedule management. Bryan has also helped more than a dozen communities deliver their first design-build projects and recently led the design-build delivery of a $21 million WTP for a private industrial client in Texas. He has worked closely with Hillary Fontenot, Adam Bogusch, Kevin Waddell and Kevin Devoto to deliver key design-build and CMAR projects across the country, with Burns & McDonnell and at previous firms.

Glen has been building water and wastewater plants for over 29 years and has been leading projects as a site manager for over 20 years. Prior to managing construction, Glen worked as an electrician, coming up through the IBEW. Glen also served as a Class 3 Operator for a WTP in Georgia. He will verify compliance with the requirements of our Quality Management Plan and will review quality documentation daily, such as soils testing, concrete testing, pipe testing and special inspections.

Adam has more than 29 years of experience in the wastewater industry. He has filled the role of project manager, design manager, project engineer and developer on traditional design-bid-build and alternative delivery projects with values over $100 million. Adam has been involved in projects using advanced treatment technologies including Aerobic Granular Sludge (AGS), densification, phased/cyclic aeration, Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) Integrated Fixed Film Activated Sludge (IFAS), Membrane Bioreactor (MBR treatment), anaerobic treatment and various bio-nutrient removal strategies. He has also worked on packaged plants including projects at the Fairfield, North Mission Glen and Harris County Municipal Utility Districts (delivered when he lived and worked in the Houston area).
-
Tara has worked with water/wastewater utility agencies for over 27 years as an Owner’s Representative and Program Manager, managing design and construction projects and capital improvement programs. She understands the local and regional dynamics in Central Texas that are contributing to growth. Tara also understands the State’s strict mandates and requirements for design and construction. From the beginning, she has served as your advocate and will now follow the project into delivery.

Kevin brings 30 years of experience working as a lead estimator and preconstruction manager on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. He has supported more than 200 projects with a construction value of more than $39 billion at Burns & McDonnell. As design evolves for your facility, Kevin and his team will utilize manufacturers’ price data coupled with costs from recent projects to develop an initial cost model to share with the project team. His team will then routinely update and maintain cost models as details become available, serving as a resource to the project team in tailoring the design to meet your budget.
